Eric Yonce calls to abolish ICE

As ICE continues to terrorize communities, Eric Yonce, District 6 Congressional candidate, posted to his Facebook page this past Friday pledging his support for the full abolition of ICE and the creation of a humane, accountable, community-centered immigration system. In his post Yonce stated “For too long, ICE has engaged in systemic abuses, including racial profiling, family separation, and the targeting of immigrant communities. Enforcement-centered immigration policy has failed and undermined the values of justice, dignity, and equality that this nation claims to uphold.” In his video Yonce calls for an immigration system rooted in fairness, dignity, and law while encouraging voters to demand better.

Yonce is running to unseat Randy Fine.
